If you receive an error message when trying to log in that says your user name is not in our database or your e-mail address is invalid, your account has probably been hacked. Our Support Team can help you create a new password and restore your e-mail address. To avoid this in the future, you always use a strong password with both upper- and lower-case letters, special characters and numerals. We would also advise you to check the passwords on your other online accounts and change them, choosing a different password for each online account.
